  1. Peter Ladka – President and CEO

Peter founded Parse3 in 1997. What began as a small startup company in a single room has grown into an industry leader. Parse3 launched with no outside capital, a true bootstrap company. Under Peter's leadership, the company has doubled in size each year and, most tellingly, has been financially successful each year since its inception.

As CEO, Peter focuses on strategic business management and developing client and partner relationships. Today, Parse3 is a company poised for even more rapid growth. Despite Parse3's success, Peter remains deeply committed to the values on which Parse3 was built - maintaining the personal, high-quality service that clients have come to expect.

When not building profits for clients , Peter stays active in his community. One of his proudest moments was when he launched the Orange County, NY chapter of The Miracle League, called "Beautiful People", a baseball and soccer league for children with disabilities. Plans for 2012 involve building a special baseball sports park dedicated to the league as well as expanding the concept to include other sports. Working with these children, playing hockey, and spending time with his own family are some of Peter's most enjoyable pastimes.

  2. Jay Oliver – Chief Operations Officer

As COO, Jay is the high-tech brainpower behind Parse3. A team member since day one, he has played a large role in the rapid growth and accelerated success of the company. He provides innovative technical strategies and invaluable guidance for our clients. Jay is responsible for choosing, developing and implementing all of Parse3's technology initiatives and approaches. He focuses on each client’s unique business goals, and then leads the Parse3 team to achieve on-time, on-budget results. Jay generously shares his vast knowledge and serves as a mentor for our future technology leaders.
  3. Dave Cardine – UX Director

As Director of User Experience at Parse3, Dave oversees all design, usability and information architecture for each and every Parse3 project. Dave has been an integral part of the Parse3 team since its first year and is largely responsible for its continuing success. The unique combination of his design talent, architect and developer chops gives him a rare overall vision for each project's potential and makes him the go-to guy for a multitude of Parse3 initiatives. As the official and self-proclaimed Director of All Things Good and Fun at Parse3, Daves leads not only his own staff but the entire P3 team in making sure that fun abounds at regular intervals at Parse3. Dave's free time is filled with time spent with his young family in NJ.
  4. Alexandra Romano – Director of Marketing
