National Property Data
National Property Data provided upper court judgment searches for the New Jersey Title Insurance marketplace. This start-up hit the marketplace in the spring of 2004, and by September 2004, became the defacto upper court search provider for many of New Jersey's most prominent title search companies.
"Better and faster," is what National Property Data told Parse3 during our intial meetings in early 2004. Better and faster is what Parse3 delivered. In study after study, National Property Data's results where more thorough and were returned more quickly than competition. This resulted in high customer satisfaction, rapid growth, and a 90 day return on investment.
The competitive advantage provided by Parse3's interaction with National Property Data was so great that after just 4 months in the marketplace, a large national competitor acquired National Property Data and its exclusive rights to all technology developed by Parse3. The competitor has since gone on to incorporate the technology developed for National Property Data into their current report production systems.
